Choose the service that matches the items in your bag. Everyday washable clothes can go through wash, dry and fold. Suits, coats and delicate pieces may need dry cleaning. Clean items can be booked for ironing, while duvets and comforters are handled separately.
Send DCG your address, item type and preferred collection time by WhatsApp or through the booking page. The team will agree the handover details and collect the order from your door at no extra pickup charge.
Keep dry cleaning separate from regular laundry and point out stains or care concerns. Clear sorting at handover helps the team process the order correctly.
Regular bookings work best when they follow a routine. Pick a day that suits your household, prepare the bag before collection and note any special instructions. If your weekly volume is predictable, compare the DCG laundry rates before paying per load.
