LAUNDRY COLLECTED FROM YOUR DOOR
Laundry pickup should save time, not create another round of calls and guesswork. Tell Drop Clean Go where you are, what is in the order and which day works for you. The team will confirm the route, handover time and service before collection.

Start online or on WhatsApp. Include your area, the type of laundry and a preferred collection window. DCG will confirm availability and tell you how to prepare the bag.
Empty pockets and check for loose items. Separate dry cleaning, delicate garments and obvious stains from the everyday load. If you have specific detergent, fragrance or finishing concerns, mention them before collection.
Count valuable or specialist garments at handover. For commercial orders, use a simple item list so both teams have the same record.
The return timing depends on the service, load size and current schedule. DCG will confirm the expected timing for your order rather than relying on a blanket promise that may not fit every garment.
Useful details
Call or message the DCG team if your item, address or timing needs a more specific answer.
